Coffee Tastes Better in a SearchWarp Coffee Cup

This morning I pulled out my SearchWarp coffee cup and filled it to the rim, added vanilla caramel creamer, then took a drink.
Ah! That was good stuff! Better than the coffee was the realization that I was thinking about my brothers and sisters on the warp. The warmth of the coffee was almost as good as the warmth I felt in my heart as I thought about Sue's cute little animated pictures she includes in her emails, or how contagious Garry's – hahahahahahahahaha's are when he comments on an article.
Coming to my mind after the third and forth drink, was Dianne and her sweet tales of nature that always leave me taking a deep breath and sighing with contentment. Ben and Kacy came to mind and I said another prayer for their dealings with the Swine Flu.
Next I considered all the countless articles I have read which teach me something new – tempting me to plant a garden, eat healthier, and go back to school for a second chance at understanding science. Fortunately I don't give into temptation that easily, so I am pretty safe.
Heading to the kitchen for a second cup had me thinking about all the Mr., Ms., or Mrs. Anons – and how they like to say things that are mean and for the most part, unproductive in their comments. But I love them just the same and appreciate how they challenge me to improve my written communication skills.
Then there is Ken and Avis, they are naturally born encourager's and keep me guessing on what they will write next. They inspire me to step out of my comfort zone and find new things to write about.
Shari continues to give me a side ache from laughing as I read through her awesome life experiences, and Nenita brings a smile to my face, every time I see her sweet smile.
I could go on, but if I were to list everyone who has made an impact on my life, this article would be way too long, but you know who you are because I am in your fan club.
I cannot drink anymore coffee or I will be in big trouble, so I close this piece with a big thank you to all, and to welcome new writers to the family. I am looking forward to getting to know you.

More commentsWhat a coincidence me drinking a cup of coffee while reading this article, which I hasten to add was not out of a Searchwarp cup. And should I have won a competition I think they would have awarded me a mug - for a mug.I know you get your laughs from Shari.I know you love the sweet tales Dianne shares.I know you love the work of those encouragers Avis and Ken.I had only got so far when I thought oh lawdy what if Teresa mentions me - just exactly what was it she would say, and would I have to crawl under a stone and bury my head. But no, oink oink Teresa sees me as pig. But you know what Teresa that's okay because I feel honoured for the mention in your well deserved 5 star rated article which I throughly loved reading .By the way Teresa how is your daughter in Florida. I left a status message saying I would a prayer but never found out what the problem was, and that she was okay. You and yours keep safe and wellDon't know whether to sign off as Pinky or Perky or the more fitting pig I see myself as - wait for it "BABE."KacyHi Kacy - believe me I tune into your articles too, but sometimes they make me blush :-) I admire your courage and willingness to write about such important issues regarding the "unmentionables" .Blessings to you! Teresa
A nice article about a great site. This is the only site I write for (my site has no commentary) and I love the diversity of opinions. And like you, I also like the 'anons' who grace us with comments since raw, unedited speech is usually laced with a truth we must consider. Also, I really want a Searchwarp mug now!We need to petition Bruce to come up with a clever writing contest :-)Thanks for the comments and adding your sentiments toward SW.Blessings to you! Teresa
I feel honored, T ... simply because I'm a fan of a great writer, and person!Stay BlessedThanks Ronyae! Lots of love and thanks for all the prayers for Lydia and enjoy that hazelnut creamer :-) hugs, Teresa
Thank you, Sis, for the great article AND the kind words. My cup sits on my desk in my office at home. I use it for inspiration, along with My "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" movie poster Janie got me, among other things.Great stuff!!Hi Bro-bro, what a great combination. The only thing I am surrounded by are books, papers, and unopened mail :-) I scoot things around to make room for my cup :-) Hugs to Janie! (and you too) SisIt is quite a combination, Sis. I have considered writing an article about my office. It's decorated in a kind of "Hemingway meets The Three Stooges" motif!okay, now this is a great visual and I can so see that in you. The Three Stooges are popular around this house. One of Art's favorite t-shirts the one with a hugh picture of Curley on the front. :-)
Great! Now I am wanting coffee! Hope my mug is clean!!Your welcome :-) Loves to you :-)
Great article from a fervent encourager! For the record, I don't drink coffee. My mug holds orange juice, most often. Thanks Lorrie, you make me blush :-) I started drinking coffee when I had to get up at 3:30 in the morning to start my 5am shifts. I actually didn't even like the taste. Go figure. Many blessings to you and much love, T
Great article. Well done. What a wonderful way to describe SearchWarp. I like to think even though SW is not the best site for reader numbers it’s still is the best place to be. A sense of community goes a long way in my opinion.Let's all lobby Bruce for more competitions. Thanks Connor, I agree, a sense of community goes a long way! I am glad you joined us :-)As am I.
Hey, this has taken on a life of its own since I last read this article, thanks T!For those without SearchWarp mugs, last December we took a list of the regular contributors on SearchWarp who have given us their postal addresses, and sent them little packages to show our appreciate for them. The problem is that so many writers never entered their postal address into their control panel (under 'Other Personal Information').We still have plenty of mugs, mouse pads and pens and we're happy to send them out to any of the SW writers who ask for them. Just let me know!
Update August 4th: We've had quite a few requests for mugs, so we need to bring the offer to a close for now, but I'm sure we'll be ordering more soon!Good morning Bruce - who knew? :-) And am glad you still have plenty of mugs, pens, and stuff to give out - Whew! I was thinking you were going to have to place another order. Thanks to all of you who work so hard to make this a one-of-a-kind, great place to be! T
The coffee only tastes good if it is stirred with the cool detachable spoon! Also, what Bruce said.Hi Rob, true, but shhhhsh, I can't find my spoon... think the dog ate it. :-)Thanks for the comment!
Teresa...This is so true.. I was able to get my cup the other day even though I haven't written much for the last year.. they are very nice people these warpies! Thank you for writing!Hi Jay! Thanks for your input. I'm glad you got your mug. See even long lost warpies are never forgotten :-) Enjoy your coffee! Blessings to you! Teresa
